Dark and Rich October 29, 2009 Trulore (Olathe, KS United States) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
This is an amazing song. It's dark and rich and truly unique.
The first time I listened to it, I thought "Uh....this is kinda weird...." but as I listened to it I began to really get it and now I love it! Any song that can expand your musical boundaries like that is pure genius.
Shows off her real talent October 29, 2009 Kody Boye (Idaho) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
We know Lady GaGa for hits such as Poker Face, Paparazzi, Just Dance and Love Game, some of her more popular singles in the United States. Since releasing her debut album The Fame in 2008, she's launched her career in ways that most debut artists could even dream of. Her quirky performances and her eccentric style, however, is not the main attraction--it's her voice.
Beginning with a rough rhyming style that GaGa is well known for in the beginning of her songs, Bad Romance quickly turns into the kind of electronic, back-alley beat that's becoming more and more common in her vocal styling. The song, like many of her songs, relates back to relationships or other kinds of love. But unlike mainstream music, GaGa's has the edgier, more unique feel. Whenever you hear a song on the radio, you can immediately tell if it's her or not because of the sound of her voice. It's the individuality of her voice that really helps set Bad Romance off from her older stuff. It's not as electronic as it used to be, which, hopefully, means the music industry is taking her seriously and is planning on toning down the editing on her voice.
In all, Bad Romance is an ultimate dance jam, one that any GaGa or electronica-pop fan should experience.
I want your disease gaga October 28, 2009 Dogville (Sunny Island) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Lady GaGa outdoes herself when you thought that Poker Face, LoveGame and Paparazzi were ingenious.
Bad Romance is absolutely the most-thumping walkway song with a roaring and killer chorus.
Dance it, walk it, work it.
Like GaGa said, "I'm a free b, baby!"
OMG! This song rocks! October 26, 2009 G. Carini (Los Angeles, California) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a total dance song. And to admit I have heard the leaked demos... Gaga was right... the demos suck. This song is out of this world. It'll definitely be a great single... and one great dance song. I love it! That's all I will say.
I'll wait for it next time I'm at Arena in Hollywood... COMPLETE DANCE SONG! I love the work she put in this song... always original!
Very Different & Unique October 26, 2009 Zach (Arizona) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I'll admit, I was a fan of GaGa before she hit it big and then she got annoying but I've always been a fan. That being said... This song is amazing, I'm sorry but it's just so darn unique and different in my eyes! So well done, I'm officially super excited for The Fame: Monster!
